A Note from Brad & Felicia
It's hard to imagine our lives without DanceMakers. Brad first walked through its doors as a young dancer, never knowing that the place he loved would one day become such a big part of our story. What followed was a journey neither of us could have planned, building a life together around a community that means the world to us.
Long before taking ownership in 2014, we had the opportunity to be part of DanceMakers in so many different ways. Those experiences shaped how we see this company and taught us that its greatest strength has always been the people who make it what it is.
Dance is what brings us together, but we believe the real impact reaches much further. It's found in new friendships, growing confidence, unexpected moments of encouragement, and the sense of belonging that dancers carry with them long after an event is over.
We see ourselves as caretakers of a legacy built by generations of dancers, teachers, and families. Our responsibility isn't to make DanceMakers something that belongs to us, but to protect what people have loved about it while giving the next generation room to create experiences and memories of their own.
Being part of this journey is something we'll never take for granted. We're thankful for everyone who has helped shape DanceMakers and for everyone who continues to be part of its story.

Convention Directors
Meet Robert & Channing
For Robert and Channing, DanceMakers has been more than a place to teach. Over the years, they've become an essential part of the community, building meaningful relationships with dancers, teachers, and studio owners while helping shape the culture that makes DanceMakers what it is today.
As respected educators and mentors, they've inspired countless dancers across the country, leaving a lasting impact that extends well beyond the classroom. Their connection to the DanceMakers family runs deep, rooted in a shared belief that the most meaningful experiences are built through genuine relationships, encouragement, and a sense of belonging.
This season, Robert and Channing step into the new roles of Convention Directors, a natural next chapter in their journey with DanceMakers. With a deeper focus on supporting studio owners, teachers, dancers, and families, they'll help ensure that every person who walks through the doors feels welcomed, valued, and connected.
While their roles are evolving, the heart of their work remains the same. Caring for the people, nurturing the community, and helping create experiences that stay with dancers long after the weekend ends.
